I have had the opportunity to divide my time between ICT, teaching, online learning, change management as well as consulting and training to companies. This has enabled me to remain current with the latest developments in education, teaching, learning, IT and management practices as well as providing fertile ground from which to develop quality learning environments. My interest and focus in technology has always been pragmatic in nature to issues and topics that have challenged education and management. I am a believer in “individualized learning” through experiential learning as a critical aspect of individual growth. All of these were enriched by my multi-cultural experience around the world coupled with the unique Canadian polyculturalism exposure.
